Return Policy

All purchases that fall outside the Return Policy are final and non-refundable.

If your purchase was made from and the product received is incorrect, damaged (outside of the carrier), or missing from the order, you may be entitled to a refund if Remix Hemp is notified within 10 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges will not be reviewed if contact isn’t received within 10 days from when the order was delivered.

If your product arrives damaged or unusable, incorrect, or missing the customer must notify Remix Hemp within 3 days of receipt by contacting Customer Support using the form on our Contact Us page. Please note when contacting us, you will need to provide a photo of the packing slip, product, and the box it was shipped in showing the shipping label.

Once Remix Hemp’s Customer Support team receives the inquiry, a determination will be made within 5 business days, maybe longer depending on the inquiry, to complete the request. All returns could be subject to a restocking fee and could be denied a refund for the shipping cost.

If you purchased one of our Remix Hemp products at an independent retail location or through a third-party website, the return/refund must be handled directly by that store or website where the purchase was originally made.

Remix Hemp retains the right to deny any refund for any reason. Remix Hemp also reserves the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.

While Remix Hemp stands behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for a refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
